Dark Season (1991) - A Six-Part Series from the UK written by Russell T. Davies.  Marcie, Reet (Kate Winslet) and Thomas are three children who are stunned when for some unknown reason each kid at their school is given a really powerful computer and that the class "swot" (British Slang for a "book worm" & academic over achiever)  is turned into a mutant by the computers and it's controller Mr. Eldritch. Investigating the three discover that the computers are a part of a plan to rule the world but they need to find Professor Polzinski. With the aid of the Professor, Eldritch is stopped. Later on, a team made up of blonde women dig up the school field to find a wartime computer Behemoth with the power to destroy the world. Super-intelligent Marcie and Eldritch battle against each other for control of the world and in another round in the age-old war of good vs evil.  (NOTE: This stars a VERY young and chubby Kate Winslet! Rupert Galvin helps train Luke with the assistance of Mina Harker, a blind concert pianist and authority on half-lives (i.e., vampires, demons, zombies, and werewolves). Dr. Shock Tribute - From 1969 to 1979 Dr. Shock was a Philadelphia Icon. Sadly our wonderfully wacky Horror movie Host passed away in 1979 and this tribute was made by his colleagues to commemorate him. It aired on Philadelphia local television in 1980.  View Pic     $10.00  

The Driven Man (1993) -  Rowen Atkinson stars in this TV Special about the love of cars! Everything about cars; driving them, racing them, owning them and adoring them. But the best thing on the disc is the ULTRA rare UNAIRED Pilot for the never-to-be-seen "The Elvira Show" (1993) that CBS made but decided to not proceed with the series! Katherine Helmond co-starred in this pilot where she and her sister Elvira are witches who make potions and read palms but when an undercover cop infiltrates the house all HELL breaks loose! It's got a lot on innuendo and sexual humor and is DAMN FUNNY!!! The talking Black Cat makes you wonder if Sabrina didn't borrow from this show!    $10.00

The Green Hornet - Complete Series (1966-67) - Here they are, all 26 episodes of this "Dramatic" series on 3 DVDs. Yes that's right! It may have had the "Batman" crew but not the Batman Campy-ness! It's got blood, death and lots of violence! And damn, is it good! And let's not forget Bruce Lee getting his kicks and strikes in too! Van Williams was perfect for the part of Green Hornet. And the Black Beauty which always had lots of gadgets (There's even a bio on the car added as a bonus). You're a Good Man Charlie Brown (1973 Live-Action Special/ Musical) - the off-Broadway musical based on the famous comic strip characters by Charles Schultz and featuring some imaginative songs by Clark Gesner, was mounted for NBC TV in 1973 and proved to be an entertainment treat for the entire family. Staged with minimal props and scenery, the collective genius of Schultz and Gesner is allowed to shine with a grand assistance from a more than capable cast. Wendell Burton is charming as Charlie Brown, as are Bill Hinnant as Snoopy, Barry (MY THREE SONS) Livingston as Linus, and Ruby Persson as the bombastic Lucy. Musical highlights include "Little Known Facts", "My Blanket and Me", "The Book Report", "The Kite", "The Baseball Game" and Snoopy's show stopping "Suppertime."
